SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Standard Shipping (5–8 business days): $4.99
Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.

Order Tracking
Once shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order at casarahome.store using your order number and email address.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If the package is still missing, contact us at help@casarahome.store within 7 days and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, reach out to us and we'll investigate.
